Whether you like walking around festive markets, doing crafts, or seeing some Christmas shows, Bradford’s got you covered. There is something for everyone to enjoy, from the smallest people in your family to the hard-working adults.
A 5-minute walk from our office is the Alhambra theatre, where they hold a fun-filled fairytale-themed pantomime every year. This years’ production is ‘The adventures of Pinocchio’, starring Billy Pearce, Chris Gascoyne and Courtney Act.
If the theatre isn’t for you, then why not visit one of Bradford’s spectacular Christmas markets? There’s the Christmas craft market in Haworth, the Bradford Victorian Christmas Market, and the Christmas Farmers’ Market in Saltaire. Visiting the Victorian Christmas Market is AllCall Supervisor, Maia Lunn’s, favourite Christmas activity.

“I enjoy going to lots of different Christmas markets, to see if I can get any nice little gifts for friends and family. I love all the different food and drink stalls they have at Christmas; it gets me feeling festive. I also love going to different light switch-on’s in the different towns around Bradford, its always so much fun and all the lights always look so pretty. It’s so much fun to do with my family: it’s a chance to explore different towns and see all the little shops decorated for Christmas.”
