AllCall are an uncomplicated call answering service looking for friendly and confident individuals to join their growing team.

We provide telephone answering services for small-to-medium businesses in a wide-range of sectors, including IT Support, telecommunications and manufacturing.

We are expanding rapidly, so we are looking to add additional team members to help manage call volumes.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls on behalf of our customers
  • Transfer calls to the relevant department where appropriate
  • Accurately record call information to forward to clients
  • Present a professional and friendly image
  • General administrative support.

This list is not exhaustive and additional tasks may be required as per instruction from your Line Manager

 

Knowledge and Desirable Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (Essential)
  • Good telephone manner (Essential)
  • Confident & Friendly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,920 per year
