We have spent some time with Maia Lunn, AllCall’s Customer Service Rep! Get to know our newest recruit on a more personal level.
Tell us more about your role at AllCall
I am a Customer Service Rep at AllCall and my job is to answer our lovely clients’ phone calls. I provide customers with all the information they need and pass on important messages to small business owners.
What do you love about your role?
Every day is different with AllCall. With such change comes great opportunities for professional growth. When I am not on the phone, AllCall gives me the opportunity to train in different areas of the business, such as marketing and client services.
How did you get to where you are today?
I have an Undergraduate and Masters Degree in Medieval and Early Modern history, but after finishing University I decided I wanted to try something different. I have always been ambitious and enjoyed new challenges. My willingness to learn and my previous experience in leading both hospitality and admin teams made AllCall the perfect fit for me!
What do you do when you’re not in the office?
I really love exploring new places, so most weekends I’m either hiking or booking a last minute getaway to a new European city. I also love reading.
If you could harness any superpower, what would it be?
As a history enthusiast, I’d definitely choose time travel! Although mind reading would also be pretty cool…
What’s your go-to Karaoke Song?
I am a big music fan, so this is a really hard question. I would have to say Sunday Girl by Blondie.
What’s your favourite film?
Cheesy, but definitely Clueless!
