We have spent some time with Kia Farrell, AllCall’s newest Customer Service Representative! Get to know our latest recruit on a more personal level.

What do you love about your role?

I love being able to help so many different people resolve their problems and queries. I really enjoy providing great customer service to our callers.

How did you get to where you are today?

After completing my Business Management Degree in 2017, I worked in several industries to get a feel of the areas I enjoyed. Customer service roles have always been my favourite.

How do you unwind after a day in the office?

After work, I love spending quality time with my family. We spend our evenings watching Disney movies and vlogs. At the weekend, I love exploring new places or visiting local parks.

If you could harness any super-power, what would it be?

I’d definitely choose Teleportation – I’d love the ability to travel anywhere in the world without actually having to spend time travelling. It would certainly make long-distance holidays a lot easier.

What’s your go-to Karaoke song?

I’d have to pick a song everyone could join in with…so maybe ‘Teenage Dirtbag’ by Wheatus.

What’s your favourite film?

If it was acceptable to watch Christmas films all year round, I’d watch ‘The Holiday’ on repeat. My favourite non-Christmas film is ‘How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days’.
